I wonder how long it'll take to get some "feedback" from the Service Deli?

They have created the dead end for you! the reply should have said "we are forwarding your comments to "xxx@shaws.com" Now they have washed their hands of your comment and you have no one more to contact! I guess just bring your own mushrooms next time!
