Making Pies with Emily
We finally got around to making pies with the apples we picked when we went to the Apple Farm with Emily.
I have one of those peeler/corer/slicer machines, which kids Emily's age just love! Works much better than the adult having to do all the work while the child sits there impatiently waiting to help.
She did a fantastic job of rolling out the dough.

How fun! I've never made pies with kids, just cookies.
There is nothing better than cooking with the grands! And I can't tell who is beaming more..you or Emily or GRANDPA!!
