The weather....the weather....the weather

The weather......seriously? Is this what we're getting all crazy about now? Is it snowing? Is it gonna snow? What time is the snow gonna start? Will we have school/work tomorrow? Can you believe how cold it is? I almost couldn't breath coming out of the house today. My eyeballs were frozen. Will it be this cold tomorrow? Will it snow tomorrow? This happens every year! We live in New England! Yes, it will snow today! Yes, it will snow tomorrow! Yes, school will be cancelled! Yes, it's cold!! Any other questions? Oh, and by the way.....it's snowing.

I loathe the snow. I'm not usually one to wish for warmer weather, but I am wishing for it..I would be content with NEVER seeing another snowflake -for as long as I live!

Southern Ohio people complain about the snow because 1) they don't know how to drive in it, 2) they don't know how to plow it and 3)there's just no way to have FUN with it - no mountains to go skiing or sliding, no lakes to go skating! At least NH people have a chance to get out in it and have some good ol' fashioned fun!

You crack me up!
I used to live in Merrimack. We moved there from Georgia (though we are Utah natives) and encountered our first big snowstorm. It had been 3 years since we had seen real snow, so when the snow got piled to the top of the mailbox and the snowblower was on overdrive, we were out with the kids LOVING every minute of it! I think we became the freaks of the neighborhood who were thrilled to see large amounts of snow.
I hate to admit, but I do miss it. {sigh}
